What's Full Wrap and Default Cutting?
Some select listing such as iPhone models & skins is available two types of cutting, “Full Wrap” and “Back Cut”. 
As the name suggests, Full wrap encloses all sides of the phones, two sides, top, bottom, and back, suitable for veteran installers due to the difficulty to apply correctly.
Back cut cover back of the phone, easy to apply, and transparent case friendly.
By default, all cuttings are “Back Cut” unless a selection is available.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have two shipping points to ship your products, our main head office in Singapore and our branch in Batam, Indonesia.

For Singapore orders, the delivery charge is $2 Singapore dollars and free shipping for orders above $30 dollars.

For Indonesia orders, standard delivery charge is $4 Singapore dollars across all Indonesia cities and islands. Order above $30 dollars or Rp. 300.000 equivalents to enjoy free shipping delivery.

For International orders, standard delivery charge at $7 Singapore dollars.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment in :

  • Paypal
  • Credit Card such as Visa, Mastercard thru Paypal
  • Paylah and PayNow (Manual Payment)
  • eNets (coming)
  • ATM/Bank Transfer and Gopay for Indonesia’s customers (Charged in Rupiah)
How long will delivery take?

We need 2 working days for us to prepare and ship your orders.

For Singapore addressee, it will take approximately 2-4 working days to reach at your mailbox or doorstep (for bulky items such as Macbook’s skins)

For Indonesia addressee, it will take approximately 3-7 working days depend on the JNE expedition.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We do not collect your data, especially not your financial data.

All sensitive information data such as financial data are hosted, processed and executed by secured third party payment gateway such as Paypal, Singapore Banks (Paylah and PayNow) and Midtrans.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. Order will be tally with the payment that have been received.
  2. Shipping allocation will be made, if it is to ship to Indonesia, orders will be forwarded to Indonesia team otherwise it will be processed by Singapore team for Singapore and International orders.
  3. It will take one working day for us to prepare your order and another working day for us to send your order.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

By default, you shall receive your order’s invoice immediately, if you do not receive in 2 working days please contact us.

Can I self collect at your store?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have facility to facilitate for walk-in customers, hence all orders are sent out by mails only.
